Fortunately, it's a labor of love. So we observe. We listen. We bring ideas of our own. And when all are in agreement, we put pen to paper. That's how design becomes Collaborative Design.
Leadership
On the 30th anniversary of the firm in 2006, Peter Grove and Todd Lankenau were made Managing Partners of Lundahl and Associates, Architects. One year later Jeff Lundahl, the founder of the firm retired and Collaborative Design Studio was formed with Peter and Todd at the helm. The 'collaborative union' they have formed is based on innovative thought, technical expertise, and talented professionals who respect their clients, listen enthusiastically, deliver unique well managed projects in harmony with the environment, all while making the process fun. We pride ourselves on being able to deliver projects that can be constructed as designed within our clients schedule and budget.

Where clients and managers, technicians, and support staff can relax, discuss, and create innovative solutions and unique architecture. We will always strive to evaluate and integrate the building program with our clients goals and aspirations in accordance with the character and context for the site. We listen. And we aim to design exceptional environments, buildings and places that will delight and benefit our generation and those to come.
